Our first trip to the summer kitchen seemed routine with this corner closet that had original shelving built into it. Routine until I looked under the shelves finding the wooden tracks protruding down on each side of the shelves. Could it be? A call to the Christ family verified that this was part of an original dumbwaiter. What a wonderful surprise, but what do you do with half a dumbwaiter?
